Voluntary Donations

All donations made through this website are completely voluntary.

Use of Donations

Donations may be used for:

• Purchasing homeopathic medicines

• Packaging and distribution

• Weekend medicine support activities

• Essential operational expenses directly related to this initiative

Refund Policy

As donations are voluntary contributions made to support a social initiative, donations are generally non-refundable.

However, a refund request may be considered only in exceptional situations, including:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

• Incorrect amount charged because of a payment processing issue.

• Unauthorized transaction reported by the payment provider.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and should include:

• Donor’s Name

• Transaction ID

• Date of Payment

• Amount

• Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed individually. Approval or rejection of a refund is at our sole discretion after verification.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation

Since donations are voluntary and processed immediately, they cannot be cancelled once successfully completed.
